Refund policy

For Local orders:-

Returns are not accepted after 24 hours from the time the order has been received.

For worldwide shipping:- 

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order.

After approval, we will provide the return address. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

The refund will be issued after the dress is received and inspected to ensure it is in its original condition with no damage or defects.

* the return must be only for the ready to wear dress, the custom size made dresses are not returnable.
